OUR STORY
From Solo Consultant to International Team
Simple Systems was born from a simple observation: the leaders who need the most help are often the ones who get the least. Small church pastors drowning in administrative chaos. Black entrepreneurs building businesses without access to proven frameworks. Ministry leaders burning out because they're doing everything alone.
Henry Tolbert started consulting one church at a time. Then ten. Then a hundred. After serving over 1,000 churches, a pattern emerged the same systems that worked for struggling churches also worked for struggling businesses. The same principles that revived dying congregations could revive dying revenue.
That's when Simple Systems became more than a consulting practice. It became a mission: bring enterprise-level systems to overlooked leaders. Make the complicated simple. Turn the overwhelming into one action at a time.
